It is in working order.
The Queen resides in a bottom cabinet from a Knockout game.
The backglass has a bit of paint peeling. I stuck a couple of sheets of white paper behind the glass to cover the area where the paint has chipped off. It looks pretty good as is, but if you wish to restore the machine, I've seen replacement backglass available online.
The playfield has some wear and tear and would look better with new plastics. Reproduction plastics have been available for this machine. I put in the red covers near the flippers because the original plastics were messed up and I couldn't find repros at the time.
